For International Orders
1) Order delivery time is 1-30 working days
2) No returns are accepted for international orders
3) No replacements are accepted for international orders
4) Shipping fee will be slightly higher than original shipping fee
5) In case the delivered product has been damaged during shipping, only then caristanpk will ship the new product without any charges (unboxing proof is required & mandatory)
For Nationwide Orders
1) Delivery time is 1-10 working days
2) Customers cannot open the parcel before payment
3) Orders from non-service areas may be cancelled or require online payment
4) Our team will contact you for order dispatch confirmation before dispatching your order
5) All orders are properly packed in carton boxes, bubble wraps, shrink wraps, carton sheets to avoid any kind of damage
6) Advance payment maybe required for orders from small cities, heavy weight items, custom fit items or orders above PKR 15000/-
7) Please note that the returned item must be delivered to us in the same condition in which it was originally sent
8) If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product in accordance with our refund & return Policy, they will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be processed within 48 hours
9) Returns & replacement requests that do not meet our conditions may not be eligible for a refund
