However, It Is Mandatory That Customers Should Always Record A Video Which Will Make It Easier For Us To Provide A Replacement Or Refund On The Defected Parcel.If A Video Isn't Recorded While Unpacking The Parcel Or Is Recorded After Opening The Parcel , NO CLAIMS WILL BE INITIATED
