2) No Claims Will Be Accepted After 48 Hours Of Delivery
3) If A Video Isn’t Recorded While Unpacking The Parcel Or Is Recorded After Opening The Parcel , No Claims Will Be Initiated
4) The First & Main Requirement To Initiate A Claim Is That Customers Should Always Record & Provide A Proper Single Shot Video Of Unpacking The Parcel After Receiving The Package.



Replacement Policy

1) All Claims Should Be Made Within 48 Hours Of Delivery
2) No Claims Will Be Accepted After 48 Hours Of Delivery
3) Customers Should Always Record A Video During Unpacking Of The Product Box To Make The Claim Process Accepted
4) If The Customer Has Ordered The Incorrect Products, Replacement Claim Maybe Accepted Along With Replacement Charges Up To PKR 2500/-
5) If The Product Delivered Is Different From What Has Been Ordered, CARISTANPK Will Accept The Replacement Claim With Zero Replacement Charges
6) Replacement Claims Will Be Accepted If the Product Delivered Has Been Damaged During Shipping, The Product Is Faulty Or Its Different From The Original Photos Displayed On Website
