Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery Policy

Advance payment may be required for body kits, android panels or on any product above PKR 15000/-

Free delivery is offered on orders above PKR 999. Below this amount, our delivery charges are the same nationwide & for all kinds of Automotive accessories i.e. PKR 250. We always aim to provide our customers with the fastest delivery and our orders usually get delivered within 2 -3 working days. However, the deliveries within Lahore can take a maximum time of 4 working days whereas for out-of-Lahore orders we require a maximum time of 10 working days. Payment Method

Customers may be asked to make complete advance payment for body kits, flat style floor Mats or orders above PKR 10000 

Payments refunded will be directly transferred to customer bank accounts/easypaisa/jazzcash within 48 hours after we have received back our product.

The payment method used for deliveries is cash on delivery, customers can make bank transfer payments by contacting us at [email protected] or calling us @03244404204

 

Packaging

All our automotive products are properly packed with bubble wrap, cardboard paper, carton boxes, carton sheets and thorughly checked before shipping to ensure safe delivery and a trouble-free customer experience. Apart from that all shipments are fully insured and in case of any kind of damage during shipping Caristanpk will be fully responsible & our team will process your replacement delivery on an immediate basis once you have applied for a claim. Please read our replacement & refund policy for applying broken-shipment claims.

 

Replacement Policy

All claims shall be made within 24 hours after the product is delivered. The first step and the most important requirement for initiating a claim is to always record a video while unpacking/unboxing the product. No claims can be initiated if a video is recorder after the product box has already been opened 

Products shipped are eligible for replacement only if

>>  Product received is defective or damaged during shipping.

>>  Product received is not the one that had been ordered or is incomplete.

>>  In both scenarios customers won’t be charged for any extra delivery charges

>>  Customers Have Recorded A Video While Unpacking/Unboxing The Product

>>  If the customer has mistakenly ordered something incorrect, he/she needs to inform us within 48 hours of delivery & product will be replaced with some replacement charges applicable ranging from PKR 500-1000

>> No replacements will be catered for damaged products during shipping after 24 hours of delivery as our courier company accepts claims only within 24 hours of delivery so all customers are kindly requested to contact us within 24 hours in case of any issue.

>> No replacements will be initiated if the customer hasnt recorded a video at the exact time of unboxing/unpacking the product for the first time. However, customers still may contact us and report any issue so our team can try to find the best possible solution

Refund Policy

All claims shall be made within 24 hours after the product is delivered.

Products shipped are eligible for a refund only if

>>  Customers Have Recorded A Video While Unpacking/Unboxing The Product

>>  The product delivered is eligible for replacement and the product has gone out of stock.

>>  Customer has mistakenly ordered something incorrect or doesn’t like the product and wants a refund. In this scenario customers need to inform us within 72 hours after receiving the product (600- 1500 PKR refund charges will be applicable)

>>  Customer believes the product is not according to the pics/description provided on the website & has been misguided

 

Replacement & Refund Procedure

 In order to claim a replacement

>>  All claims shall be made within 24 hours of delivery.

>>  Customers can mail us at [email protected]

>>  Refunds & Replacement requests will be resolved as early as possible.

>> For immediate response customers may contact us on our Facebook page, call us directly or via Whatsapp on our 24/7 Helpline –> 03244404204

>>  Customers need to provide a video or photo of the defective product that is received along with a short description of their claim

>>  Refunded Items will be collected by our own courier service provider in major cities (Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, Rawalpindi) using reverse pickup courier booking.

>> However, in small cities, customers may have to dispatch the product via their nearest courier service to our official warehouse address which will be provided upon complaint. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive the product.

>>  Replacement claims will be replaced entirely by our own courier service provider in all cities using replacement pickup courier booking. 

>>  For All Refunds & Replacements, Products Must Reach Our Warehouse Intact & In Scratchless Condition Like They Were Sent.

>> Apart from the scenario where the customer doesn’t Like the product although the exact same product is delivered, Caristanpk will always pay the delivery fee charged by the courier company for returning the product back to us.
