Refund & Return Policy

International Delivery Policy (Worldwide)

  1. Delivery time ranges from 1 to 30 working days depending on the destination.

  2. Returns are not accepted for international orders.

  3. Replacements are not accepted for international orders.

  4. Returns or exchanges without a valid reason will not be entertained.

  5. International shipping charges will be slightly higher than standard domestic shipping.

  6. In case a product is received damaged during transit, Caristanpk will ship a replacement free of charge (valid only if proper unboxing proof/video is provided and is mandatory).

     

National Delivery Policy (Pakistan)

  1. Delivery time is 1 to 10 working days.

  2. Free delivery is available on orders above PKR 999/-.

  3. Parcels cannot be opened before payment as per courier policies.

  4. Orders placed from non-service areas may be cancelled or may require advance/online payment.

  5. Our team will always contact you for confirmation before dispatching your order.

  6. All orders are carefully packed using carton boxes, bubble wrap, shrink wrap, and carton sheets to prevent any damage during transit.

  7. Advance payment may be required for orders from remote/small cities, heavy or oversized items, custom-fit products, or for orders above PKR 15,000/-

     

Claim Requirements (Pakistan)

  1. All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this time will not be accepted.

  2. A clear, continuous video recording of the unboxing/unpacking process is mandatory. Claims without video proof will not be considered.

  3. Claims are eligible if:

    • The delivered product appears different from the product images shown on our website,

    • The product arrives damaged, or

    • The product does not fit properly.

       

How to Submit a Claim (Pakistan)

  1. Provide a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded while opening the parcel.

  2. Provide a detailed video of the damaged or defective product.

  3. Customers may submit claims by contacting us via Facebook, Email, WhatsApp, or Direct Call.

     

Refund Claims (Pakistan)

  1. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all refund claims.

  3. Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The product is damaged, defective, or does not fit, and

    • A suitable replacement is not available.

  4. Refund claims will only be processed if customers provide valid video proof of the defect/damage, along with the unboxing video.

     

Replacement Claims (Pakistan)

  1. A video recording of the unboxing process is mandatory for all replacement claims.

  2. If an incorrect product has been delivered, Caristanpk will provide a free replacement with zero charges.

  3. If the customer has ordered the wrong product, a replacement may be offered with applicable replacement charges (up to PKR 3,000/-).

  4. Free replacement is applicable if:

    • The product is damaged during shipping,

    • The product is faulty,

    • The product does not fit, or

    • The product is different from the images displayed on our website.
