Is delivery free?
All deliveries are free for orders over PKR 999. Below that, shipping charges of PKR 250 are applicable for Pakistan only.
Replacement policy
1) All claims should be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2) No claims will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
3) Customers should always record a video during unpacking of the product box to make the claim process accepted.
4) If the customer has ordered the incorrect products, a replacement claim may be accepted along with replacement charges up to PKR 2500.
5) If the product delivered is different from what has been ordered, CARISTANPK will accept the replacement claim with zero replacement charges.

Where are you located?
We are located in Lahore, Pakistan. We have our warehouse on Montgomery Road behind Shell Main Petrol Pump, Lahore, and in B Block, Bankers Society, Lahore.

What is the payment procedure?
Only cash on delivery or advance payment options are available for nationwide deliveries. Advance payment may be required for orders from small cities, heavy-weight items, custom-fit accessories, or orders above PKR 15000/-.International orders are only shipped after complete payment has been received.
How can I claim if my order is damaged or some product is missing?
The first requirement to initiate a claim is that customers should always record a proper single-shot video of unpacking the parcel at the time of delivery after making payment and send it on our WhatsApp. Our team will respond as soon as possible & will cooperate in the best way possible to resolve the issue. However, it is mandatory that customers should always record a video, which will make it easier for us to provide a replacement or refund on the defective parcel.If a video isn't recorded while unpacking the parcel or is recorded after opening the parcel, NO CLAIMS WILL BE INITIATED.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We are operating with several courier companies, including BlueEx, M&P, Leopards, Trax, Daewoo Fast Ex, & Pakistan Post Office. Customers will soon receive a text message about their tracking ID & courier name.

How long is the maximum delivery time?
Nationwide orders have a maximum delivery time of 10 working days (most orders are delivered within 2-3 days).Same-day delivery is also available for Lahore.International orders have a maximum delivery time of 30 days (most orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks).
Can I check my order at time of delivery?
Unfortunately, we have closed the try & buy delivery option because the current couriers we are working with don't allow this.
However, customers can request on WhatsApp or email a complete video of the dispatching and packing of the product at the time of dispatch.
