3) If A Video Isn’t Recorded While Unpacking The Parcel Or Is Recorded After Opening The Parcel , No Claims Will Be Initiated
4) The First & Main Requirement To Initiate A Claim Is That Customers Should Always Record & Provide A Proper Single Shot Video Of Unpacking The Parcel After Receiving The Package
5) Claims Will Only Be Accepted If The Customer Provides Proof That The Delivered Item Looks Different From The Picture Displayed On The Website
6) For Any Product That Doesn’t Properly Fit (e.g. Floor Mats, Spoilers, Chrome Trims, Trunk Mats, Body Kits, Etc.) Refund Or Replacement Claim Will Be Immediately Accepted

7) Replacement Claims Will Only Be Accepted If The Customer Provides Proof That The Delivered Item Looks Different From The Picture Displayed On The Website
